From 311 in the album of the same name.
If you don't know what 311 sounds like then I am sorry for you; this was one of the first two CDs I ever owned, and they are both awesome.
In All Mixed Up, the bass, drums, and twangs of guitar carry you along while the singer tells you to relax and trust in yourself. The rapper type guy is a little tough to understand at times, but the song always feels good.
This song just wants you to feel really good and relaxed. Smile.
